What is the cost for delivery?
Delivery charge is $7 for central and western Canada, and $11 for east coast addresses. ROYALTY MEMBERS receive FREE delivery!
How will my order be shipped?
Orders are shipped with Canada Xpress Post and recieved within 72 hours for in stock items. Special orders can take 3-5 business days, or more, depending on availability. Optionally, upon ordering you can choose to have an overnight shipment with Purolator for $6 extra.
What does a phone consultation consist of?
Phone consultations are an in depth analysis of your health, from a holistic perspective, by pharmacist Rob Rosenblatt. Rob looks at genetic predispositions, diet, lifestyle, and other triggers and stressors to help determine an individualized program aimed at the underlying issues causing the symptoms.

What do I need for a phone consultation?
We ask that you fax, mail or email the following before the appointment; A list of all the prescriptions and natural medications you have taken in the last year, any recent bloodwork that's been done at your doctor recently and a 3 day diet diary consisting of the details of your meals. Also, write down in advance all the questions you have on your minds and any changes in the physical, mental and emotional feelings, functions and sensations.

Phone consultations are $75 with Rob Rosenblatt or $50 with Jordan Rosenblatt.

If I pay by Credit Card when will my reciept come?
Credit card receipts arrive with the package, attached to an itemized invoice for your records.

What is your return policy?
All items will be returned and credited if requested within 30 days of purchase and unopened. SPecial order items are non refundable. Purchaser is responsible for return shipping costs. If a packaging mistake is made we have a hassle free gaurantee to ensure your satisfaction.
Website: How do I purchase something online?
To order online simply follow the prompts. You will be asked to add an item to your shopping cart and give you the option of checking out or continuing to shop. You will be asked general information such as your name, address, phone number, etc. All the information that you enter will remain confidential in the strictest manner from the Wellness ApotheCare. After choosing the payment method and finishing the transaction you will get an e-mail confirming your purchase.
